9" long tin truck by Asahi, Japan. 1960s. Box is marked "Asahi Dump Series No. 250." Lt. box wear w/slight fade to blue box bottom. VF. Truck has an actual working hydraulic lift activated by a lever as well as working friction. Few pinpoint nicks. NM.
