Comes w/pair of 8.5x11" printed sheets, one being "Rules And Regulations For Entering Captain Midnight's Treasure Hunt" and the other is "Copy Of Chuck Ramsay's Secret Sealed Letter" from Robert Ramsay which mentions "My Old Chum And Trusted Friend, Captain Stuart Albright, Who Is Also Known As Captain Midnight". Scattered handling wear and even lt. aging. VF. Last item is 8.5x11" untitled map known as "Chuck's Treasure Map" showing "El Capitan" and "Underground Outlet" w/surrounding area. Top third of map has slight age fade and bottom right has .75x1.25" piece out of margin and corner tip wear. VG.
