This large painted wood item is by Kroehler, who produced a series of Disney figural furniture including - rocking chair, chair/desk, bench, end table and shelves. See item #1817. This unit is 15x25.5x42.5" tall. The two side pieces are .75" thick wood, one featuring Mickey, the other Minnie, both depicted standing atop a chair and holding up the rod that connects the two halves. Rod is for hanging clothing items, bottom also has slanted shelf for shoes. Underside of this shelf has remnants of original label which shows heavy wear, only about 20% remains. Some screws have been replaced. Has overall scattered wear and aging w/scattered paint flakes. Rod shows heavy paint wear, w/much missing. Edges/corners shows more paint wear. Many of the Kroehler pieces have been repainted over the years, this has all original paint. Rack is still structurally sound and displays Fine overall. Great large display piece.
