10" tall toy by Alps, Japan. 1960s. Box wear includes clear tape repair to lid along bottom edge split, 1" surface paper off leg of Santa image. VG. Toy has felt/plush covered body, vinyl face. Holds sack of toys and metal bell.
Works and rocks back and forth as he rings the bell. Slightest aging to white areas. Exc/NM.
