5.5" tall toy by T.P.S., 1950s. Box has moderate aging, trace of staple rust. Fine. Toy is tin litho w/fabric outfit. Clown rides a unicycle. Toy works and travels forward, spins and continues on. Slight aging to the paint w/pinpoint nicks. VF/Exc.
