Item Description
4.5x3.75x1.5" deep. Made in China this is a cast aluminum commemorative plaque with profile portrait of Mao in relief made of salvaged aluminum from wreckage of downed aircraft over Vietnam. Inscription on front translates "Long Live Chairman Mao". Reverse inscription reads "In Memory Of Aid Vietnam And Resist America, From Wreckage Of Enemy Aircraft, May, 1967." Scattered light wear overall. VF/Exc.
