Item Description
Identical pair of die-cast metal and plastic 3.25" long free-wheeling cars featuring futuristic Spider-Man motif/design. Made in Japan for the Japanese market, ©Toei and based on Toei's live-action Tokusatsu TV series loosely based on Marvel's Spider-Man character. These cars are replicas of the flying car Spider-Man used on the show. One car comes on original photo illustrated blister card, complete w/complement of five plastic missiles (still on sprue) that were shot from spring-loaded front end of car, which is labeled "GP.7" on sides below spoiler. Blister has one corner taped down and two 1" cracks at corners but is unpunched. Edge/corner tip wear is more noticeable along bottom. Fine overall w/contents Mint as packaged. Second car comes in clear vinyl snap case w/paper label band around exterior, showing image of Spider-Man as he appeared on the 1978-1979 TV show. This band shows moderate wear and is VG. Snap case has folded instructions and five plastic missiles (still on sprue). Packaging has sticker remnants from price sticker and is Fine overall. Car is NM. Scarce.
