Item Description
11x12x5.5" deep cardboard box w/lid has illustrated label on side w/nice images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse. While label has large "Mickey Mouse Costume" text, label has been stamped "Minnie Mouse." Box contains complete five-piece costume by Wornava Manufacturing Co. 1930s. Starched linen mask is marked w/company name on inside. NM. The other four pieces of the costume are nice quality polished cotton including Size 38 shirt, 18.25" long polka dot skirt w/attached base of rubber tail (now in pieces as rubber deteriorated over the decades; but included) and pair of gloves. Shirt has 3.25" dia. felt patch featuring "Minnie Mouse" attached to front. Costume appears unused and is Exc. aside from tail. Box comes w/original packing paper. Lid has one corner split and edge/corner tip wear. Label side of box has slight inward warp but overall box is Fine/VF. Rare as boxed.
