Item Description
1-9/16” wide colorful figural pin with “Freudenstadt” across the bottom panel. This is a city on the edge of the Black Forest in Germany which is a health resort of international renown dating back to the nineteenth century. Couple of pinpoint dots off the lettering but otherwise essentially Mint as made. Design is very similar to the famous 1930 tin wind-up toy by Tipp & Co. of Mickey and Minnie riding on a motorcycle. This pin is circa 1930 and the only example known to us. NM.
