Each ring base is plastic with bright silver flashing. On the top of each is a flasher panel. First ring shows fat, green 1-tooth goon with earrings which alternates to a skinny white face with a forehead scar. Second ring shows green face Frankenstein alternating to red face devil with pointed teeth and big ears. Third ring features white face phantom to red face Frankenstein style character.
