Item Description
Pair of 1970s posters issued as supplement in Italian Marvel comics, which began in 1971. Each issue featured reprints of classic Silver Age "Fantastic Four" comics. First poster measures 13x19.5" and has Italian text at top left indicating this poster came w/issue #26. Great action scene of the entire team, w/Mister Fantastic and Invisible Girl on flying bike, Thing wearing rocket shoes and Human Torch in flight. Second poster measures 12-5/8x18.75" and and has Italian text at top left indicating this poster came w/issue #50. Poster features nice portrait of the team w/facsimile inscription. Both posters feature art by Jack Kirby. Each has been folded as issued and each has spots of tape staining at corners as tape was attached to backs to display at one time. Fine overall.
