Item Description
6" tall, 6.5" dia. (at top) w/wire handle w/wooden grip. The Thos. Davidson Mfg. Co. Limited of Montreal, Canada. c. 1910. Tin litho pail features images of children at play at the beach, including scouts at campsite (one launching canoe), girl digging channel in sand on beach w/shovel (this very pail seen at her feet) w/doll in carriage sits nearby. Additional scenes show children in shallow tide waters. Section running around top has alphabet and numbers. Interior shows moderate scattered wear from use, and exterior has scattered wear in the form of small paint nicks/scratches. Some slight indents to sides. Wooden handle has 1" crack. VG overall.
