Item Description
Pair of heavy glazed 6x6" ceramic trivets w/molded "feet" on undersides. No Disney markings but European-produced, 1930s. First features scene w/Mickey and Minnie Mouse standing holding potted plant between them. Typical surface crazing to glaze and some small edge nicks on underside, but VF overall. Second features two Mickeys w/a shocked-looking Felix the Cat between them. Lower left corner has tiny 1/8" glaze nick and lt. scattered edge wear. Lower right corner has .5" chip on underside w/scattered edge wear. Fine overall. First we've seen in our 48 years. A neat pair. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection.
