Item Description
Pair of newsprint theater heralds, each for original release of their respective sci-fi film. 1953's "The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms" is printed in red on front of herald measuring 7.5x10-3/8" and opens to 10-3/8x15". Interior is printed in green and features classic movie poster art of creature rampaging through city. Blank back has "Ritz Theatre" imprint w/showing dates. Herald is evenly aged and has faint 4.25" corner crease to second page/back cover. VF. 1954's "Godzilla: King Of The Monsters" is for American release of Japanese film. Single-sided herald measures 8x12.5" and features great movie poster image on front. This is sample herald as top has "Benton Card Company" imprint w/ordering information. This marquee area at top has .25x.75" area of staining at left w/1/8" staple tear. Herald has even aging and some lt. handling wear but marquee issues could be easily matted out for an Exc. display.
