The first Snow White watch was made in 1947 by Ingersoll. It featured the same dial image as the watch offered here (the second watch from 1948), though it was in a rectangular case. This 1-1/8x1.5" chrome luster metal case watch is similar to those in the Disney Birthday series of watches, but Snow White was not among that ten watch set. Full body image dial is totally different from what would appear on 1950s Snow White watches that would follow and features small W.D.P. copyright. Original red vinyl-covered bands show wear from use. Case retains much bright luster and dial is Exc. Running. Rare.
