Item Description
11-1/8x14.25x1" thick cardboard display box designed like a large hardcover storybook, complete w/fairytale cover illustrations. "Book's" cover opens to reveal 34 of the 35 figures in the "Fairykins" series, including - Humpty Dumpty, Little Bo-Peep & Her Sheep, Giant & Jack & The Beanstalk, Little Miss Muffet, Little Red Riding Hood & The Wolf, Goldilocks and The Three Bears, Jack & Jill and others. For some reason, this set was issued w/o Pied Piper figure. Inside front cover has reprinted verse from each figure's classic nursery rhyme. Marx, ©1962. These "Fairykins" figures were sold in a variety of ways; in individual open-face boxes, in 12 different "TV Scenes" sets, six different "Playsets" and the "Gift Box" as well as this set. Box shows some scattered corner tip/edge wear and color rubs. Fine overall w/contents Mint as packaged.
