8" tall wonderfully painted and glazed ceramic figurine. Underside has "Vernon Kilns U.S.A." along w/incised number "23" and stamped 1940 copyright. One of two different Nubians Centaurette figurines produced (see following item #1890). This bare-breasted Centaurette is depicted holding flowers and she also has flowers in her hair. Exc. An absolutely beautiful figurine.
