Item Description
Rare 2.75" oval with theme of victory, conservation and slogans "Keep 'Em Rolling-Flying-Sailing." Also says "Pledged To Save Tires And Gas." First we've seen. High gloss and N. Mint. Edge curl has "Parisian Novelty Co. Chicago." Metal back with pin that is like safety pin but professionally made. Metal back also has light oxidation.
