Item Description
Pair of 13.25" tall (to tops of ears) dolls by Gund, their first Mickey and Minnie Mouse dolls. Late 1940s. Gund dolls from the 1950s and later featured vinyl faces, these both feature starched linen faces w/plush bodies and felt gloves. Mickey wears felt pants and Minnie wears fabric print skirt and oilcloth shoes. Both have ribbons; Mickey's around his neck, Minnie's on top of her head. Both also feature Gund cloth tags on arms. These tags and white areas of dolls are lightly aged but aside from some wear to nose, dolls are VF overall.
