Item Description
First is a figural “Wilson” brass watch fob 2” tall. Numerous pinpoint dots of luster loss but vast majority remains. Second is rectangular “Wilson” watch fob in brass. About 50% luster remains. Next is brass hanger with pair of black ribbons 5.75” tall with ribbons holding an embossed brass “Woodrow Wilson” portrait fob. A few pinpoints of tarnish but much luster. Next is 1-1/8” silvered portrait medallion with his image and name on the front while on the reverse within a circle is the slogan “The Man Of The Hour.” Loop joins the piece to a double strand 16” link chain. Exc. Last is a rare but damaged all celluloid watch fob 1.75”. Front has his portrait and name while reverse, which is undamaged, reads “Compliments Of Livingston Thompson President Louisville, Ky.” The front of the piece has evenly tanned and has many all over craze lines that can both be seen and felt although the celluloid is still laying relatively flat and the piece actually still retains its full gloss. All five pieces are scarce to rare. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
