Item Description
Complete set of 36, each a 13/16" dia. litho. Originally issued one per cereal box in 1943 and created by legendary "Premium King" Sam Gold. The inks used were very susceptible to chipping and the gloss finish was a magnet for dust. As such, most examples today are Good to VG. These are Fine to VF. Overall, a much above average set, most w/Exc. gloss. Our last set in comparable condition exceeded $400.
