Item Description
5x6.5" wax paper wrapper. ©The Goudy Gum Co., 1930s. At center are illustrations of athletes for football, boxing, tennis, golfing, hockey and cycling. Top text notes that a 5.5x9" "Photographic Print" of sports stars could be obtained by sending in 50 of these wrappers. Athletes are listed and are: "Jack Dempsey, Babe Ruth, Gene Sarazen, Bill Tilden, Jim Londos, Red Grange, Johnny Weissmuller, Howie Morenz." Scattered general creases as originally folded and a few edge nicks. VF.
