3x8.75". Listed as WGH-1 in Sullivan/Fischer. Jugate images of candidates featured at top with list of Pennsylvania candidates below including Boies Penrose (US Senate), "Sam'l S. Lewis" (Auditor General) and "Chas. A. Snyder" (State Treasurer). Splits and pulls throughout with a pair of less than 1" splits at bottom left and right on either side of "Election Tuesday Nov. 2, 1920" text being most prominent. Also fraying at top center from attached T-bar pin on reverse. VG. Despite flaws this ribbon is complete and rare.
