Item Description
Three larger buttons are 1.75” and smaller is 1.25”. First button includes serial number “374” with text “U.S.G.A. 1921 Hollywood Golf Club Deal, N.J.” This event was for the U.S. Women’s Amateur Won By Marion Hollins. Second button has golf ball at center with gold text “Pittsburgh” and surrounding gold text on black “SPGC 1924.” Also c. 1920s are the following two buttons, one for “Metropolitan Golf Association/Tournament Committee” and the other for “Connecticut Golf Association/Entertainment Committee.” First of these has light .5” scratch in reflected light but otherwise all four display Mint. All are first we’ve seen.
