Each ring features a plastic base with clear dome on top over a paper image of the American flag. This design was used by Dell Comics in 1948 as as subscription premium for those signing up for either comic book. The version finished in gold is the one normally seen. However we have one in this group which is identical in every way except the finish is in silver luster. Each w/about 95% bright luster.
