Item Description
Largest is 16.5x23.5"/smallest is 11.75x16.5". Lot includes: undated but c.1980 German Free Mandela poster with image of African protest; c.1979 French "Apartheid" poster with stark black image featuring a child at lower right; two sided news print posters reading "Reaganism: Black Genocide" advertising "African Liberation Day 1982" with striking image of dead bodies on a beach and an African pointing at an armed soldier; "Greater New Haven Peace Council Presents Concert For A Free South Africa" featuring Sechaba Singers, Human Condition and Roy Brown; "Free South Africa & Namibia End Apartheid" and "Remember Soweto" in a text evoking blood splatter, produced by NY-Anti Apartheid Coordinating Council and has hand written notation at upper left reading "Villagers Meet At W 4St & 7 Ave 10:AM" in felt tip marker.
