Item Description
21x25.75" mat w/16.75x21.75" opening featuring original pen and ink (w/red fine-tip marker flame accents) for two-page pin-up featured in "Spawn" #5, published by Image Comics in Oct. 1992. Art by Jason Pearson shows Spawn in church, standing on pulpit about to do battle w/number of small demons appearing in church pews and ceiling (one clings to top of large cross) as frightened nun cowers. Artist has added his "Jason" signature in white ink at lower right, adding "92" date. Exc. Comes w/reading copy (first printing) of the actual comic book this art appeared in.
