About 1.25" square. Exquisitely subtle enamel stud given to Democratic electors in 1940. Two tiny scratches in blue field between first and second star from left seen only in reflected light otherwise NM. It's likely these were issued by a particular state as a large paper badge is also known for 1940 electors. Rare.
