Item Description
The first arrowhead is from 1946 and the second from 1949. First consists of original mailing envelope with “Premium Library” sticker. Also included is the original instruction card with one original and a few lighter extra horizontal creases. The premium itself has compass, swivel out magnifier and the case glows in the dark. With this comes a Sunday comic section clipped page advertisement. One vertical fold line. Second item consists of mailing box with applied label reading “Premium Library ‘File Copy’”. The item itself is a 3.75” long clear Lucite plastic large arrowhead with a whistle built into one end, a siren whistle on the surface and with both magnifying and reducing glass lens areas. Silver luster off the siren whistle but otherwise Mint. The instruction card is included. This has one original fold and the paper has tanned but otherwise no damage. Last is a large 10x10” full color ad taken from a Sunday newspaper comic section. Each are ideal groups to frame either individually or as a pair. Both items came into the collecting market place when General Mills dispensed with their premium archive via an auction in the 1980s.
