Item Description
Each of these is 1” and each has curl text naming maker as L.A. Rubber Stamp Co. Each button features a radio personality with the first having the text “Billy Swift/KFOX/The Boy Detective.” The rest also include the station call letters with these names: Torpedo Joe Muratta, Dusty, Freckles, Goofy, Percy Prunes, Hal Nichols, Daisy Mae, Sassy Little. We’ve had one or two of these c. 1934 buttons over the decades but had no idea there are at least nine different. Gloss is a little dull on the one in orange but still clean while the eight others are all NM displaying Mint. See numerous KFOX items in lot #1167.
