Row 1 #2 "I'm With George!" has "Paid For By McGovern Campaign Committee" on curl at 12 o'clock and is made in Rapid City, SD. Row 2 #2 reads "Grassroots McGovern Volunteers". All are NM displaying Mint. Julie Powell Collection.
