Item Description
All are from Levin Collection with last three his master collection examples with hand notated date on the reverse. First is 1-1/8" litho name button from 1968. Second is 1.5" cello from successful congressional campaign noted "'68" on reverse. Third is 1.5" square noted "1970" on back, a campaign he lost. Fourth is 1.5", noted "'72" on reverse from Brooklyn primary when he lost to a conservative Democrat supported by the party machine. After primary, he continued to run as Liberal Party candidate. In spite of "won" slogan he lost. All essentially Mint. Comes with Hake's COA.
