Item Description
Lot of four items pertaining to the many art exhibits scattered about the grounds of the 1939 New York World's Fair. These include 4x9" "Art At The Fair" pamphlet w/fold-out map, 9.25x12" "Official Souvenir Guide & Picture Book" published by The Art News, 11.25x14.5" portfolio containing "American Art Today" collection of 14 textured paper full color prints of art on display at the Fair. Portfolio shows wear w/tape repairs to 2.5" tear. VG. Prints are Exc. Pamphlet and book show varying degrees of handling wear w/pamphlet being VF and book being Fine overall w/VF/Exc. contents. Last item in lot is 7x9" book titled "Masterpieces Of Art" which was an "Official Illustrated Catalogue" issued at the 1940 New York World's Fair. Cover shows moderate dust soiling/fading and is Fine. Contents remain clean and VF/Exc.
