Item Description
From 1933 by Einson-Freeman, but not the more commonly seen boxed version. This is premium version issued by Tek Jr. toothbrushes/Johnson & Johnson. This variety features the same gameboard as boxed version but different playing pieces. 10.5x15" envelope w/illustration of Pig has typed Canadian recipient name/address and shows scattered age spotting/wear. VG. 14x19.75" illustrated cardboard gameboard features 10 different scenes w/larger scene at bottom right. Vertical fold at center. 3" split at top, 6" split at bottom. Despite splits, board remains clean and displays VF. Original sheet of game markers were punched out. This empty sheet has corner creasing and .5" tear at one corner and just comes along. All four cardboard disc playing pieces (w/illustrations of Pigs and Big Bad Wolf) are included and the amount of punched out markers appear complete. Lightly aged but VF overall. Game comes w/8-3/8x10.75" typed letter on Johnson & Johnson Ltd. letterhead dated June 1, 1934. Letter apologizes for delay in shipping of game as promotion was issued only in the US, it took time to send game to this Canadian customer. Horizontal fold as mailed, letter has some scattered aging and is Fine.
