Original illustrated cardboard box contains 7.5" tall tin litho washing machine. The Ohio Art Co., 1930s. Box shows moderate wear w/half of lid detached (but present) w/aged glue repair and 3" hinge tear to other half. Despite this, main panels remain bright and clean and box is still nice for display. VG/Fine overall. Washing machine's wrap-around design features two different scenes of Mickey and Minnie Mouse washing/hanging clothes. Pluto is also depicted between the two scenes. Has removable top w/crank handle and attached inner plunger. Washing machine is bright and glossy. NM, old store stock. As nice as they come and rare w/box. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection.
