4.5" tall (8" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho. Sides depict chaotic scene w/Dumbo balancing on ball w/Timothy Mouse on his head. Larger Timothy looks on as does clown and Pinocchio-like character. Made in Japan w/sailship in circle company mark. c. early 1940s. Bottom features goldfish sand mold. Handle has slight bend w/some scattered paint flaking. Pail has scattered lt. wear w/minor outward bend at seam connecting two scenes. VF. First we've offered in our 48 years.
