Item Description
9.5x28" embossed painted tin sign for Ohio Caverns, a show cave located 30 miles from Dayton, OH near West Liberty, in Champaign County, OH. A popular tourist destination and member of the National Caving Association, it is the largest of all the cave systems in Ohio and contains many crystal formations. This 1950s sign is a "AAA Approved" variation w/large "Ohio Caverns" name and smaller "West Liberty" town name. Holed as made, sign shows some scattered edge wear and is Fine/VF overall.
