Item Description
8" long polished nickel finish cast-iron cap gun w/dark blue plastic grips, and each has incised image of Lone Ranger on rearing Silver w/incised "Hi-Yo Silver" text. Kilgore, c. 1940s. Incised "Lone Ranger" name on left gun frame by top of grip. This is first model w/wide hammer, and this is the only version w/an unusual steel push lever spring release on side to open gun to load caps. Gun shows lt. wear from use and grips are a bit loose as they have shrunk slightly from age. VF.
