Item Description
Elaborate 9" long tin litho toy featuring Joe Palooka's friend on three-wheeled bike that is designed w/back part resembling house w/back door that opens. © Ham Fisher, 1950s. Toy has built-in key and winding mechanism works, but has stripped gears and no longer moves forward. Originally designed to travel around as Humphrey waved his right arm, his hat moved and his legs moved as if peddling.
