Item Description
Lot of six 6.75x10-1/8" comic book backing boards, each w/sketch of Superman from known comic book artist. All were obtained in-person at comic book conventions. Five are inked w/another in pencil. Artists include - Dick Giordano (1932-2010), who has added "Best-" inscription and "San Diego - '99" notation/date; Stuart Immomen, who has added "07/95" date; Jerry Ordway, who has added "Best Wishes!" inscription and "7.98" date; Eduardo Barreto (1954-2011), who has added "San Diego/97" notation/date; Dan Jurgens, who has added "'97" date; and Eric Larsen. All have signed their names. Scattered lt. aging but Exc. overall. Franco Toscanini Collection.
