6x9" hardcover w/176 pages. Written by Robert Ripley and published by Simon and Schuster, ©1929. First blank page has been signed in blue ink by Ripley, who has inscribed book "To F.E. North With Best Wishes Of Ripley." Ripley was an American cartoonist, entrepreneur and amateur anthropologist, known for creating the "Ripley's Believe It Or Not!" newspaper panel series, radio show and TV show featuring odd facts from around the world. Clothbound hardcover shows wear w/spine having moderate scattered surface wear. Fine overall. Pages have evenly aged and signed page remains clean and VF. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
