25x35" poster for May 17-18, 23-25, 1975 concerts that took place at Earl's Court in London featuring Led Zeppelin. These concerts were in support of Led Zeppelin's "Physical Graffiti" album, which was released in Feb. 1975. These were the band's only UK concerts that year. Originally scheduled for three concerts (May 23-25) as seen on poster, tickets for all three shows sold out in hours, necessitating the adding of shows on May 17-18. Designed by Peter Grainey Graphics, poster features vintage image of men riding early steam engine train, "Physical Rocket" w/"Zeppelin Express" name and rough map featuring train tracks leading to Earl's Court. Poster shows wear w/numerous pin holes at corners, upper left having .25" hole. Upper right has some creasing. Margins have slightly darker aging. Fine overall, but would display nicely if matted and framed. Rare and first we've offered.
