Original illustrated cardboard box contains 12x16x14" tall hard plastic toy designed like jet cockpit. Ideal, 1959. Box shows scattered wear w/corner creasing but remains factory-sealed though w/small hole to either side of staples sealing box. VF overall. Toy features great design w/detailed control panel including manually-operated gauges for fuel quantity, altitude, direction, etc. plus a number of other switches and dials which activate battery-operated features which include projecting six different moving targets and radar control. Control handle moves the sight on the radarscope as well as a separate plane-shaped attachment on the "Bank And Turn" dial. The "Rocket Fire Panel" on top is spring-loaded w/manual-firing mechanism (w/six safety tip darts). Exc. Comes w/instruction sheet and cardboard box inserts. NM as factory-sealed. One of the nicest and most elaborate of these large plastic toys made. Rarely found factory-sealed and first we've offered as such.Gary Keller Collection.
