Based on Rex Harrison's portrayal of Doctor Dolittle in the 1967 musical of the same name, this boxed set features Doctor Dolittle puppet w/soft vinyl head (featuring nice Harrison likeness), printed fabric body depicting his talking parrot Polynesia and pocket on back for insertion of hand. Reverse side of box has photo of boy playing w/puppet. Box has general lt. shelf wear/aging w/some spotting under shrink-wrap. Side of box and shrink-wrap has circular hole cut out for access to talking feature pull ring. Remnant of original store price sticker at bottom right. Fine.
