Item Description
From same series as previous items #2078-2079. This is "Superman Saves The Steamliner" puzzle, lid featuring bw image of puzzle that depicts Superman stopping speeding train from crashing into river as seen on the cover of "Action Comics" #13 (June 1939). Two side panels feature great image of Superman sprinting. Box lid shows lt. trace of wear w/thin aged strip of tape on one side panel. VF/Exc. overall. Puzzle has assembled size of 12x16" and is complete. A few pieces have some lt. aging but puzzle is Exc. overall. Franco Toscanini Collection.
