Item Description
7.5” tall with vertical stickpin on the back of the fabric flag which tops the piece. This suspends panel of beige fabric and longer panel of green fabric. The suspended celluloid is very striking and 1.75” diameter with W&H back paper. Gold text below reads “Springfield/Illinois/October 15, 1898/Reception/Committee.” A rare one day issue in beautiful condition. First we’ve seen.
