Item Description
1.25” with W&H back paper. Unlisted in Hake. The design is a little off center to the right and with an extremely slight dent on the right side but with the button still displaying Mint. Sulzer was a congressman 1895 through 1912 and then became Governor of New York. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
