Auction #216 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 977 in auction 216
Item Description
This Hake unlisted item is 2-3/8” tall. The bear is a full figure brass shell although his rear legs are hidden by the 7/16” diameter circular brass frame which holds a real photo of Taft beneath celluloid. The bears upper legs flank the upper edges of the frame. The focus on the Taft photo is just a hair on the soft side but the piece is essentially Mint as made and the only example we can recall seeing.
