This 7/8” real photo jugate button is listed as Hake #3 but this is the first time we’ve seen it with a circular spring pin on the reverse joining it to a 3.5” tall ribbon with a long vertical stickpin on the reverse. Bright silver text on the ribbon reads “Joint Outing Worcester County Republican Club And City Committee Sept. 9, ’16.” The paper in the back of the button names “Fuller Regalia & Costume Co. Worcester, Mass.” A trivial touch of oxidation on the button’s reverse collet and the vertical stickpin but from the front the piece is Mint. A one day rarity.
