Hake #2067. 3.5” with concave tin reverse which has four tiny holes that once held a pair of thin wires so the piece could be attached to a car or other object. Curl names maker Bastian. In addition to the four mounting holes on the reverse on the far center left of the grey background a 1/8” diameter hole has been neatly drilled through the entire piece. Additional light wear includes a light scuff line from his eye on the left going 1.75” on slight diagonal to the lower right. Also a tan small mark on the union bug at right. On the letter “D” of president is a 1/16” speck of surface dirt. The bit of browning on his white collar and the letters below was surface dirt now very much removed.
